IT WILL BE TAKEN THAT ALL CUSTOMERS WE CARRY OUT ANY WORK FOR HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LAID OUT BELOW.

With our DPF FILTER CLEANING we can only guarantee that once we have carried out and completed our chemical cleaning process and full diagnostic resetting of the particulate system, it will be fully cleaned and back into a serviceable condition again.

Please be aware we cannot give any ongoing guarantees from that day forward as your daily driving style and conditions are your responsibility and out of our control. Please note that the car or van will require regular motorway trips (30 minutes plus at 2500 rpm) so it can self-clean by its own regeneration and burn off the naturally forming soot and ash build up in a diesel DPF or Petrol GPF filter. All diesel particulate cars and now some petrol cars and vans require these filters.

When work is being carried out, the car or van must be in a safe place that is flat and even so it can be safely run up on our ramps for the work to be carried out. Please be aware that the fixed price we give for your vehicle’s DPF filter cleaning service is strictly limited to the service we have quoted for only and does not cover any further faults found or parts that need to be replaced. It is strictly for the visit and chemical cleaning of the DPF filter on the arranged visit. Any further requested visits or re-visits will be charged at £120 for the call out and cover the first hour which will be paid in advance by online bank transfer.
